Superbowl Craft and shopping for Coke & Popcorn at Sobeys #CBias

Superbowl Sunday arrived and we celebrated it like many around North America by having dinner with family and watching the game.

In our house watching the game includes drinks and snacks, when #CBias asked me to blog about shopping for Coke and ConAgra’s Orville Redenbacher Popcorn at Sobeys I was excited. Sobeys is our favorite local grocery store and well Coke and popcorn by Orville??

Yes please, we love these products!

After church I told the girls the plan and we set off to Sobeys, the pre-game party began in the car and the horns made it quite loud!

Pre Superbowl partyNext time I will definitely remember not to give them advance notice…

SobeysArriving at Sobeys I was impressed with their Superbowl decorations, they really got into the spirit!

How cute are these cakes??

But I wasn’t there for cake…ok I bought cupcakes…but I was there for Coke and popcorn!

It’s never easy to shop with my children so today I warned my friend who came with us that she may become embarrassed through the shopping trip and I’d understand if she backed away quietly. The girls aren’t awful in a store but they get excited and well…do things like lie down if tired…yes it’s lovely.

This shop was no different, there were squeals to be heard and carts to be driven like race cars….if you’d like to see more about this please go check out my Google+ Album, I’ve included all the photos as evidence of my madness.

We also made some crafts, the first one we made was pom-poms for Chelsea.

Here’s how we did it:

Pom CraftIt was simple and made Chelsea awfully happy!!

I hope you’re all enjoying the game, I really enjoyed the  #PepsivsCoke Twitter party earlier this evening…and Madonna….oh how I love you!!!

Have a great night, I’m off to tease my bangs, layer on some blue eye-liner and Vogue.

This shop has been compensated as part of a social shopper insights study for Collective Bias #CBias, all opinions are my own.
