As you all know I’ve been on a mission since New Year’s Eve, a mission to eat healthier and lose weight. The first few months saw me steadfast in my resolve but lately something’s changed. I’ve been snacking! I’d love to rave that I’ve been snacking on broccoli and brussel sprouts but I’m afraid that my nose would grow and frankly you wouldn’t believe me anyway.
Mid-March saw me happily announcing that I’d lost 30 pounds, for this girl it was a miracle….weight-loss had always been difficult for me. Since then I’ve put 2 pounds back on and have to stop the late-night sugar snacking train right here, right now!!
Apparently this need to snack isn’t going anywhere so I’m changing tactics and looking to stock our cupboards with some healthy food choices for those times when the urge comes upon me. Good thing that I was chosen as a Life Made Delicious Blogger for General Mills Canada, this means I get the inside scoop about new products just hitting the shelves.
