Friends I’m asking for your help, as you read in Bald Had Better Be Beautiful (go read it…I’ll wait) I am raising money for Ronald McDonald House Toronto. Next weekend I am holding a fundraiser here in suburbia where I will be going BALD!!!
Since writing that post I’ve stopped coloring and cutting my hair and my oh-so-fabulous hairdo leaves much to be desired now….my hair without dye is a glaring WHITE and I’m looking somewhat skunkish lately…
The progression is shocking if only because apparently I gave up makeup as well!
I think it is very simple to go through life not actively seeking to fundraise or support charities, I’m a mother and my children don’t happen to be experiencing these health issues but if they did I would hope and pray there would be some sort of organization like Ronald McDonald House to help me.
I know many families who RMH has assisted, their stories have been pouring in…..now I hope the money will!
