5 Healthy Recipes From My Blogger Friends

Share Button

Staying dedicated to eating healthy and yet having interesting, delicious choices can often become a chore. With this being my 4th week of my new healthy lifestyle, I’m turning to other bloggers for help.

This is something I’d recommend to anyone who is looking for new recipes that have actually been tried and tested. Any blogger who are posting recipes worth their salt will have tested a recipe, taken photos and shared them on their blogs.

Here are a few Healthy Recipes I’ll be trying

Greek Yogurt Muffins from Our Family World

Healthy recipes muffin

“For a healthy holiday recipe, you should make these delicious Greek Yogurt Muffins. They are the perfect addition to your dinner table and are full of health benefits. Not only are they healthy, they are sure to be a hit with family and friends.”

Loaded Baked Avacado from This Flourishing Life

Healthy Recipes Baked Avacado

“Loaded Baked Avocados {A Healthy Alternative To Baked Potatoes and Potato Skins. Gluten/soy/egg/corn/potato/tomato free (with a dairy-free option).”

Strawberry Banana Barley Bake from Confessions of an Overworked Mom

quick-easy-healthy-meals-breakfast“This Strawberry Banana Barley Bake is one of our favorite quick easy health meals.  You can change the fruit that you add to it based on what’s in season or what you have to use up.  We have used blueberries, blackberries, peaches, and apples in ours depending on what season it is.  In a pinch, you can put in canned fruit if you don’t have fresh fruit. Canned peaches work quite well in this hot breakfast recipe too.”

Tropically inspired Salad and Salmon from Whirlwind of Surprises

Healthy Recipes Salmon

“Determined to try flavored salsas again despite them being outside my comfort zone, I’ve come up with another two super simple and healthy recipes that are ready in less than 15 minutes! “

Creamy Zucchini “Pasta” with Tomato Recipe from Simply Stacie

Healthy Recipes Salad

“I use zucchini all the time as a low carb replacement for pasta. I recently did a post with some recipe ideas from Sobeys’ Inspired site and one of them was Creamy Zucchini “Pasta” with Tomato & Basil.”

These are just a few examples of recipes which can easily be found by reading blogs, if you have any to share I’d love to see them!
