WWE Launches Protein Fight Club #WWEMoms #MilkWINS

My daughters are different in oh-so many ways but the one thing they have in common is a love for anything WWE related. Right now as a Mom I’m so grateful that the WWE has launched a new social good campaign. The Protein Fight club carries a message that so many of us with children who don’t get enough protein can support.

WWE and MilkPEP – the same organization that presented the highly influential “got milk?” series – have announced a new partnership centered on a brand-new campaign called Protein Fight Club.

WWE partnering with milk is an incredible opportunity to spread the message about good nutrition and healthy living for kids,” Stephanie told WWE.com in an exclusive interview at the event. “It’s an important message for working parents. It’s incredibly important to have milk as an easy way to ensure that our kids get all of the protein and nutrients they need to get them through the day.

Experts recommend including 20 to 30 grams of protein with each meal, most adults only consume 10 to 12 grams at breakfast. But milk, with its eight grams of protein in every eight-ounce serving, can easily solve that problem.

“My three girls get milk throughout the day. Our 5-year-old has to have milk the first thing in the morning before she even speaks,” Stephanie told WWE.com. “I can take comfort as a mom knowing that even if they don’t eat all of their vegetables or other parts of their meals, they’re getting that complete protein source when they drink their milk.”

As a Mom with kids who love milk this is a no-brainer! This campaign is going to bring about awareness to those who aren’t aware of the protein that milk provides. I love the videos they’ve made….the kids think they’re hilarious
