It’s Day #2 of my #HolidayAppetizers feature and I’m bringing you a zesty dip which I know you’ll enjoy. This Buffalo Chicken Cheese Dip is simple to make, which we all know is a must when planning a gathering. The last thing I want to do is spend hours over a dip which will be gone in minutes.
This dip combines BBQ sauce and ranch with generous amounts of cheese….right there we have a winner right?
Buffalo Chicken Cheese Dip Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups of cheese
- Toasted pita slices or a baguette, sliced
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, toss the cooked, shredded chicken in the BBQ sauce. Add in the cream cheese and ranch dressing and blend until it is uniform.Place into your dish, top with cheese and put in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and the centre is hot.
Serve with toasted pita or baguettes.
