Recently my friend Stacey at ThisLilPiglet shared her Cuban Lunches Chocolate recipe and I’ve been DYING to try it so I made it into squares for Christmas Cookie Week.
These are GORGEOUS, seriously I can’t eat just one! The butterscotch, chocolate and peanut butter all hit exactly the right spot and they take mere minutes to make.

My word…my mouth started watering reading this recipe! SO pinning this for later!
I remember the chocolate bar which was my favorite but they no longer make! If this recipe comes close I will love you 4 ever! haha
The Cuban lunch bar I remember only was thick chocolate with peanuts. I see lots of recipes with coconut and different things added to them. Wondering if anybody else realizes this.
Ooooh! These sound so great – and easy! :D
could you make with out the peanut butter chips?
You sure can and it would be delicious
