I work out 5-6 days a week doing yoga, strength training, and 30 to 40 minutes of dancing. I combine this with healthy eating…a low calorie, high-protein diet. I’ve been changing up my routine since July and have lost 50 lbs so far. Working my buns off to lose 20-25 more in time for my wedding in April!
