I am eating better and exercising!
I work out 5-6 days a week doing yoga, strength training, and 30 to 40 minutes of dancing. I combine this with healthy eating…a low calorie, high-protein diet. I’ve been changing up my routine since July and have lost 50 lbs so far. Working my buns off to lose 20-25 more in time for my wedding in April!

I work out 5 days a week for 30-60 minutes. Once I got my butt in gear and started working out regularly I really started to enjoy it and look forward to my exercise time. I would love a fitbit to help keep track.

I have recently lost 75 pounds and working to lose 25 more. I have been dreaming about a fitbit but can’t afford one. I was in very poor health, 63 y/o with diabetes and other issues. I am now off all diabetes meds and working to get fitter every day!
