Orange Creamsicle Smoothie Recipe

Share Button

If there’s one thing I love, it’s a good Smoothie Recipe! I have shared many of my favourite smoothie recipes here and today’s recipe was made in response to a request from my friend Winny who adores creamsicles.

Today I’m sharing a delicious Creamsicle Smoothie recipe which includes cottage cheese. Cottage cheese boosts up your protein levels, while keeping the carbs and fats low. Cottage cheese has a high content of casein protein (a longer-lasting protein) which keeps you feeling fuller longer. So not only is this DELICIOUS, it’s quite good for you.

  • Truvia or stevia to taste
  • 2 cups of ice

I’m looking at more creative and tasty ways to increase my calcium (I hate milk and pills). This would work for me. Thanks.
