Focusing upon healthy or clean eating can become a challenge if you don’t prepare yourself. One trick I’ve learned is to keep fresh veggies and a stellar balsamic vinaigrette in the fridge at all times. This is a super light dressing which is packed with flavours to quash cravings when they hit me.
This easy balsamic Vinaigrette recipe takes seconds to make and can be stored for up to a week in the fridge, all you’ll need is your vegetables!
