Right now getting in my fruit and veggies is on my mind. In the past I’ve grabbed a smoothie in a glass and enjoyed it on the go. These days I’ve found I enjoy a smoothie bowl which is much more like eating a dessert for breakfast or my late night snack. You can make any combination of the smoothie and then top with whatever you’re craving. For me this is usually some granola and seeds because I do love to nibble.
There are days when I just want to CHEW something and these bowls are jammed with nutrients and bursting with flavours that just plain make me happy. No need to deny yourself a tasty treat, this baby is sure to please.
