This is one of those tried and true drink recipes with a twist. I mean, I’m pretty sure everyone and their mom orders Margaritas (or in my case virgin Margaritas) every once in a while, and while I loved them as much as everyone there’s a moment when you have to mix flavours up and create something completely different. Enter the Pineapple Lemonarita, a non-alcoholic drink you’ll adore!
This is the perfect drink for Spring days and Summer nights, and it’s the perfect refresher to share with friends and family. Actually, this is the perfect drink to whip up if you don’t like making drinks at all.
You don’t need any fancy ingredients and I’m actually using only store-bought things to keep this on the easy, non-messy side, something that I really appreciate as the warmer months come in and the number of activities go up.
I also love the fact that all the ingredients in this Pineapple Lemonarita are super common and that they are super versatile as well, so I like to keep them on hand at all times. Lemonade, Pineapple Juice, Frozen Pineapple, I mean those ingredients are like Spring and Summer staples, am I right?
You can make a single one, a couple of them, or a huge pitcher to serve a crowd, you can also play with the amounts of each ingredient to fit this recipe to your personal tastes and preferences. Like this more lemony? That’s easy add more lemonade! Can’t live without the pineapple tropical flair? You guessed it, add more pineapple juice!
Then just rim your glasses with a bit of salt and serve your Pineapple Lemonaritas.
