BBQ season isn’t over and if there’s one thing I love it’s this Beef Steak Skewer. We are Canadian and I don’t know if it’s a Canuck thing but our BBQ is never out of season. My husband Brad can be found on the back deck shovelling out thigh-high snow to get to the grill in the middle of January. There’s just something about the taste of BBQ meat that is divine. I should note that this recipe can also be made in the oven but given a choice, I’d use a grill.
This is one of those super easy recipes that’s good for a crowd of people. Appetizers are like this and thankfully this baby takes almost no time to prepare. I highly recommend soaking your skewers in water for 10 minutes before threading the beef on them. This will reduce the chance of them burning right up.
This one is a keeper folks, I hope your family enjoys it like ours does.
