If there’s one thing my girls love it’s a good cookie and with a tight family schedule I’m all about finding simple ways to make treats. Today I’m happy to share this recipe for Simple Chocolate Chip Cake Mix Cookies that they adore. This isn’t a difficult one, anyone can do it…hey grab the kids and get them baking!
My apologies for the drool factor…these cookies are divine. It can’t get much easier than this recipe, it takes so little time and the results are Chocolate Chip Cake Mix Cookies that will make everyone smile!
Simple Chocolate Chip Cake Mix Cookies
INGREDIENTS
- 1 box devils food cake mix
- 1 c chocolate chips, semi sweet
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 c oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients
- Mix well and be sure all powder ingredients are incorporated
- Using a small scoop, portion out the cookie dough onto parchment lined cookie sheets
- Bake for 8 – 10 minutes approximately, or until the cookies are baked completely and browned
- Remove from the oven and transfer onto a cooling rack
- Cool completely before eating
