Reef and Rays Cruise Excursion in Grand Turk

December 1, 2015 By SoberJulie 3 Comments

We love to cruise and recently we were on the Carnival Conquest for an 8 day cruise with stops in Grand Turk, Dominican Republic, Curacao and Aruba. We left the kids at home and headed out with 2 other couples to enjoy all that an 8 day Caribbean cruise could bring. Cruising isn't just about the memories and sights for us, it's about the people we have the opportunity to ...

Dolphin Cay is one of the largest and most sophisticated marine habitats and animal rescue-rehabilitation facilities unlike anything in the world. The vast size of Dolphin Cay is beautiful, it is home to a 14-acre ...

Visiting Atlantis Resort Aquaventure in Nassau

March 14, 2014 By SoberJulie 7 Comments

While on our 5 day Bahamian cruise recently we stopped for a day in Nassau. There are many excursions to choose from but the one which really stood out for us was Atlantis Resort Auqaventure in Nassau. With over 20 million gallons of water, 20 swimming areas, 11 pools including three kids pools, thrilling water slides, a mile-long river ride with high intensity rapids and wave surges we knew the kids would be thrilled! This is our dream excursion in Nassau, there was something for all of ...
