No-Fail Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 6 slices of bacon, cut into small slices
  • 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil (or your favorite oil that can withstand 325 degrees)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Place the cauliflower florets into a bowl and toss with the olive oil
  3. Spread the cauliflower onto a baking sheet and top with garlic, salt and pepper
  4. Roast for 20 minutes then use a spatula to flip the cauliflower and put back into the oven for another 1o minutes.
