Mixed Berry and Spinach Smoothie Bowl
- 1 cup frozen berries
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- ¼ cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- ½ cup baby spinach leaves
- Sliced strawberries (for top)
- Blueberries (for top)
- Blackberries (for top)
- ¼ cup granola (for top)
- 1 Tbsp. sunflower seeds (for top)
- Place the first 4 ingredients into your blender blend on medium/high until it reaches the consistency you desire.
- Pour into a bowl and top with strawberries, blueberries, black berries, granola and sunflower seeds.
