Mixed Berry and Spinach Smoothie Bowl
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • ½ cup baby spinach leaves
  • Sliced strawberries (for top)
  • Blueberries (for top)
  • Blackberries (for top)
  • ¼ cup granola (for top)
  • 1 Tbsp. sunflower seeds (for top)
  1. Place the first 4 ingredients into your blender blend on medium/high until it reaches the consistency you desire.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with strawberries, blueberries, black berries, granola and sunflower seeds.
