Pumpkin Spice Brownie Pie Recipe - A Fav Pumpkin Recipe

  • 1 box Brownie mix
  • 1 can Pumpkin puree
  • 1.5 - 2 cup Chocolate Icing, prepared. (or, to cut down on sweetness, make your own)
  • 2 tsp + 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 tsp Cocoa
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Mix the brownie mix, 2 tsp pumpkin spice, and the pumpkin puree in a bowl. Mix well, ensuring all dry mix is mixed with the puree.
  3. Pour into a parchment lined or greased spring form pan.
  4. Bake for approximately 40 – 45 minutes OR until the centre is just baked and an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let cool completely
  6. Ice the brownie pie with the icing. Use only the amount you want, you don’t need to use the whole two cups if you prefer not to.
  7. Mix the cocoa and pumpkin spice together. Dust over the top of the pie.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
