Cherry Protein Breakfast Popsicles
Serves: 6
  • 1½ cups plain kefir
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1½ cups pitted sweet cherries, divided
  • 1 cup honey oat granola, or granola of choice
  1. In a blender, combine the kefir, protein powder, and 1 cup of the sweet cherries. Blend until smooth.
  2. Fill each popsicle cavity, leaving about an inch of space at the top. Divide the granola into each popsicle cavity. Cut the remaining cherries in half and divide among the popsicle cavities.
  3. Top each cavity up with any remaining liquid. Add the stick top/cover and freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight.
