An EASY, delicious way to make ham and eggs in a muffin tin8 Eggs

  • 8 Eggs
  • 8 Slices of ham
  • Pam spray or butter
  • Muffin tin
  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees and grease a muffin tin with butter or spray.
  2. Fold the ham slices in half and place them into the muffin tin, fanning them around the cup.
  3. Crack an egg into the fanned ham in each egg cup
  4. Slide the muffin tray into the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes.
  5. Remove the muffin tin and allow to sit for a moment before you scoop them out.
  6. That's it, you can pull out a gorgeous plate and serve
