A simple Feta Bruschetta which uses balsamic glaze and ranch dressing

Serves: 8
  • Ciabatta bread, cut into your choice of serving size. We buy the mini sized and cut into half.
  • Garlic butter
  • Bruschetta - amount is to taste - we used ½ cup
  • Feta cheese -¬†amount is to taste - we used ½ cup
  • Balsamic glaze - approx ½ cup
  • Ranch dressing - approx ¬†1/2 cup
  1. Begin by spreading garlic butter onto your ciabatta bread.
  2. Place onto a baking sheet and broil until they are golden brown.
  3. Place the garlic toast onto your serving dish and dress each piece with bruschetta.
  4. Then gently sprinkle feta cheese on top, drizzle the balsamic glaze and ranch dressing on top
