Easter Chocolate Bark

  • 1 package (12 oz) White Chocolate Chips
  • ½ cup Wilton's Candy Melts (your choice of colour)
  • Easter candy (we used Cadbury's Mini Eggs and Easter M&M's)
  1. Melt the white chocolate in a double broiler, stirring continuously.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the white chocolate onto it. Use a spatula to smooth out the chocolate.
  3. Microwave Candy Melts at 40% power or defrost setting for 1 minute. Stir thoroughly. Continue to microwave and stir at 30-second intervals until smooth and completely melted.
  4. Drizzle the Candy Melts over the white chocolate and place your Easter candies throughout.
  5. Allow to cool completely and cut or break into desired serving sizes.
