Chicken Antojitos Recipe - To DIE For

  • 1 8oz brick of cream cheese (light or regular)
  • ½ green pepper, finely chopped
  • ½ red pepper, finely chopped
  • ½ red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeds and veins removed, finely chopped
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken thighs, shredded
  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, onions, jalapeño pepper, red and green peppers together, spread over tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle cheddar and chicken over top.
  4. Roll up your tortillas, and score the top of each roll 4 times.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes and remove from oven.
  6. Allow to sit for 2-3 minutes, then cut each roll into pinwheels using the score marks.
