Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

Serves: 4
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  1. Place the fruit and yogurt into a blender and blend at medium/high until only a few small chunks remain.
  2. Add ice cubes and blend until it reaches the consistency you desire.
  3. Pour into glasses, and serve!
  4. Note: you can substitute almond or regular milk for the yogurt.
