Caramel Apple Pie Popsicles


  • 1 green apple
  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 green apple, diced


  • Slice 1 green apple thinly and place a couple of apple slices in each popsicle mold. If you don't have molds, just hit your local craft or big box stores. They're inexpensive and so fun!
  • Layer yogurt and caramel sauce by alternating. Leave 1 inch at the top for the “pie filling".
  • Mix rolled oats, milk and ½ an apple diced until you have at thick mixture for the "pie filling".
  • Gently scoop into the top of the molds, this will end up being the "crust" at the bottom of the popsicle where you hold the stick.
  • Place popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.
