Slice 1 green apple thinly and place a couple of apple slices in each popsicle mold. If you don't have molds, just hit your local craft or big box stores. They're inexpensive and so fun!
Layer yogurt and caramel sauce by alternating. Leave 1 inch at the top for the “pie filling".
Mix rolled oats, milk and ½ an apple diced until you have at thick mixture for the "pie filling".
Gently scoop into the top of the molds, this will end up being the "crust" at the bottom of the popsicle where you hold the stick.
Place popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.
